My car had had components below it stolen (literally power-sawed out) which made it drive very loudly and unpleasantly. I brought it into Zahntech to be looked at in December, which they said they'd get around to looking at, ordering parts, and fixing exactly by the time I got back. The precise week before I'd need it back, I decided to check back, as they hadn't given me a single call since I had brought the car in. When I called, I realized they had mistyped my phone number, and were waiting for my input on whether I wanted to get a refurbished or factory-fresh component for the car. I decided to go with refurbished since that'd be faster. The next day, they call me up to tell me they had received the part and utterly underestimated how much needed to be replaced (a bolder alternative to the "measure twice cut once" methodology: "measure nonce order once"). They were able to refer me over to another place in Kirkland that would get it done cheaper and sooner, then charged me about 80$ for an oxygen filter - I'm not actually sure where it is though, if they put it in the car, installed it into the car's parts, or if they just sent it over to the other place, but the phrasing I heard made it sound like I'd have to hand it over? I searched my entire car for the piece and couldn't find it. In any case, they were polite and economically minded for me, so that's a big plus in my eyes.

Zahntech installed my new tires and performed an alignment -- my steering now feels more solid than ever before. The mechanic even stopped in when I was paying and fielded some questions. They threw in a snapshot of the new alignment specs on the invoice (really cool). I have no reason to believe they didn't perform a meticulous, effective and on-time job, because it all looks and feels like A+ work. Even the invoicing, payment, etc, etc, all very effortless via text, and I can tell they can adapt to what works for you. I appreciated that I didn't have to fill out a bunch of paper work and we just got it done and back on the road, better than ever. Services: Wheel alignment, Tires

The first time I brought my car to Zahntech for service was about 10+ years ago. I trusted John because he treated me like a friend. Unfortunately, everything went down hill after Jonn passed away. The last time I had to have my car towed to the shop, I was treated with zero sympathy and rudeness. But what really made me sad was, when I asked for a ride to somewhere less than 2 miles away, Gabe refused! On top of that, he charged me even more than my dealership! Needless to say, I no longer have any of my cars serviced here! Service: General repairs & maintenance

Zahntech is THE place to go for auto service. My family has been bringing vehicles to Zahntech for over 10 years and they've always been extremely upfront and transparent. They're a family-owned business and have some of the best techs around that will make sure your car is running smoothly. On multiple occasions, I've had small things come up with my car, given a quick call to Gabe at the front desk and he always tells me to bring it by even though they're crazy busy. Every single time they've had me in and out within 30 minutes - THAT is service. Go to Zahntech if you want your vehicle to receive top notch care! Services: Tires, Engine repair, Electrical, Wheel alignment, General repairs & maintenance, Battery, Brakes, Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change
