Was lured in by the other reviews that stated pricing was fair but wanted to share my cautionary tale. I was charged $235 for replacing my air filters and $111 for an oil change. This was pretax and excluding some other fees. Since the car was not driven for a long time, I approved the request thinking the price was due to some other complications found, but upon clarification with the technician it seems that’s their standard pricing. My review is just on the value proposition for routine maintenance. To their credit, they seem like a good shop for more involved tasks, but I’d definitely reconsider if you’re just looking for a place for basic maintenance (e.g oil change, air filters, etc), given their higher-than-average prices. First shop to make me think the dealer’s service center was probably the better move 🤣

Danny, I'm sorry you didn't feel the work was a good value. Our prices are based on our cost and industry standard labor. We are almost always cheaper than the dealer however there are rare times where that may not be the case. However, we do believe we are be better than the dealer. We hope you will be willing to give us another chance in the future. Also, we have reviewed your repair order and are exploring option with our suppliers. It's important to us that we stay competitive and keep our prices reasonable during this time when everything seems to be getting crazy expensive.

Got charged $800 for front brake and rotor replacement, around $400 for parts and $400 for labor. That's about double the average cost. Won't be returning.

Recently had my car serviced with Zahntech and had a great experience. They communicated clearly and provided me flxible options to drop off and pick up the car, and finally finished the job on time.

My go-to for anything and everything mechanic related. I like their automated texts/emails for their findings and receipts. They include pictures with everything they do as well. They are thorough and honest about what is immediately required vs. what can wait. 5 stars.

Gabriel is great! He ran diagnostics on my 2009 Acura and everything was fine, but the car still made noises when turning right (normal when turning left or going straight). He did more tests and decided to replace the tires that were 8 years old. Working normal now!!!

My uncle referred me to this spot. I will never go to another auto shop again! Firstly , when you walk into their shop you are greeted by 2 of the sweetest pups, such amazing customer service, & most Importantly they take pictures and videos of everything wrong with your vehicle to insure that you know what you’re looking at. I have never had an auto shop do this. It is amazing! Everyone at the shop is so kind & honest as well! Will be taking my car to them FOREVER. 🩶

I trust these folks. My car, my trucks... they care for all our vehicles. I feel like we have friends there. And their dogs are great, too.
