It took 1.5 hours to complete an oil change with an appointment, which is frankly unacceptable given the $140 price tag. They also quoted $300+ for an air filter change. Not a customer oriented business and a poor value for money.
Hi there, I'm sorry you were not happy with the service. Our oil changes do generally take longer than most as we do a detailed digital inspection on every car that comes through our shop. Our oil changes are competitively priced and are a very good value considering the extensive inspection that we include. The inspection is what takes the majority of the time we spend with the car. We are not a "quick lube" establishment. As for the air filter, you indicated you were not interested in any further services, but it is our responsibility to let you know what the car is due for. The price you were quoted was not for only an air filter. There were three different filters included in that quote. It sounds like we could have done a better job setting expectations for how long the service would take and for that we apologize.
