Called the shop based on Google reviews. They were able to get me in for an appointment quickly to work on my AC. Upon arrival was greeted by two friendly dogs, which was a total bonus! The gentleman at the front was very kind and answered any questions I had. Got a thorough quote about what was wrong with with my a/c. I did have additional questions that I called the shop for and they were able to answer My questions and talk about options. Got my car back working better than before. We had a great experience with Zahntech Auto recently for regular car maintenance and inspection services. We can get an appointment within a reasonable period of time (in less than 1 week), and everything worked out smoothly on the appointment day. The technicians are knowledgeable and courteous, they always keep you in the loop. The inspection results are detailed and meaningful, you never have any pressure to do anything recommended, even though we fully trust Zahntech and had all of those done. In particular, it turns out the driver safety belt bucket can be replaced by Honda under lifetime warranty, the technician graciously told me about this, so we ended up saving a couple hundred bucks.
