I went to Zahntech for a second opinion on a suspicion that I was being recommended for unnecessary services by a nearby dealership. It turns out my hunch was right. John took the time to communicate what was important, what wasn't, and didn't push to do any work that he felt wasn't critical. They also make use of technology exceptionally well and will do a free diagnostic. At the end of the diagnostic, they compile a pretty comprehensive with pictures report over text and email. On top of that they drove me to and back from work. Hassle-free experience.

The team at Zahntech has been taking care of my '09 Subaru Impreza for the last three years. They know me and my car, and go the extra mile to make sure my car has what it needs. Even with good preparation, sometimes unexpected service is needed. They get me on the schedule in less than 24 hours, and return my car promptly after I've dropped it off. I don't have space, time or energy to do the maintenance on my car they way it should be done, and it's nice to know I have a trustworthy mechanic who does.

I'm biased, but that doesn't mean it isn't great.

Very professional service! I did an oil change, but they also send me a full list of performed inspections, possible fixes, and recommended ways to fix them. Clearly priced service and very nice work!

I've taken all of my cars (and any used car I was thinking of buying!) to John and Matthew for the last 15 years because they have always treated me with respect, integrity, and fixed things right. You don't get repairs you don't need, and the repairs you get are always done correctly and on-time.

These guys are professional and customer-service focused. I've never felt like I was being deceived or taken advantage of or "oversold" for work that doesn't need to be done. They take the time to explain why they are recommending certain services and never make a push for you to agree to anything. They respect your decision because it's your car and your money.

I'm an avid auto DIY as a hobby and I take work to ZahnTech that I don't have time for or that are difficult to tackle. I can say that over the years I have found ZahnTech to be honest and diligent. I go over their work and it's of high quality. These are the only guys I can trust to work on my BMWs. Their prices are also very reasonable compared to other independent shops. This is by far the best auto repair shop I've been to. They give really quality work, all while being incredibly friendly! I came in with several problems, including my driver side window being broken. Everything was taken care of quickly and easily, and for such a reasonable price. My window needed to be adjusted after to sound a little less like a wind tunnel, but it took me several months to go in for the adjustment. Instead of turning me away because it took me so long, they fixed it for free! All the while being so kind, and telling me to come back if it's still not right. They know what they're doing here. My window and car are now perfect thanks to them.

The staff at Zahntech are very communicative. I have a very old car that was having battery failure and needed repair. John provided me with a detailed invoice before getting into work. There were unexpected repair recommendations, but all the recommendations and quote were reasonable. They will make sure you understood what was being done and that they only do the services that you want them to. I only completed services that were priority for now, but they provide excellent service and when I went to pick my car up, the people in office were very friendly as well. Highly recommend!
