Been here three times already, and the service is always fast and top notch! It’s always nice to see Killua (the husky) at the front as well :) This time I had a new vehicle and after it was looked over, I was shown how to check my oil levels and refill to fix the issue so I could do it myself. Great service that goes above and beyond - was super fun to learn from the team.

I took my old BMW to another local shop and they simply turned me away without even looking at the car. They said to get rid of it. I called Zahntech to see what an engine replacement might be and the guy just started talking to me trying to figure out what was going on. After about a 10 minute conversation we agreed I'd bring the car in for them to look at. I wasn't optimistic. Upon return they said things weren't nearly so bad. Yes, some things really needed to be taken care of but it wasn't going to be to expensive. They told me what needed to be done now to make the car safe and reliable and what can wait. I've worked for two auto dealerships and I can tell when I'm being BS'd. These guys are legit. So long as I'm within close proximity to them, nobody else is touching my car.

I took my car in for a $100 000 mile checkup at Toyota, Kirkland. My Toyota’s radiator was leaking, and I needed also a rattle repair. I always go to Toyota Kirkland for service because I trusted them. However, their bad customer service and hideous estimations took me by surprise. Toyota estimated my Rattle repair cost: $995.00 and the leaking radiator repair was $2000. I have had a radiator problem before with another car, so I knew that this estimation was nowhere reasonable. The rattle repair is a minor issue, even if it has rust, which was at Toyota, Kirkland, hideously overcharged. However, I did not know any Toyota repair shops in my area, therefore my friend called his auto shop for advice. They recommended ZahnTech Automotive Service, Redmond, WA. The personnel there is very nice to talk to and the customer service is beyond 5 stars. I explained that I needed an inspection for my Toyota; they offered to help me immediately. They assessed the same issues as Toyota Kirkland, my car was repaired in a day, and the final invoice was significantly less than Toyota’s estimation. I can’t thank enough ZhanTech Automotive Service, a great and honest repair shop. I would recommend them to anyone who needs help with his/her car. T. Rosen

I've always hesitated in taking my cars in for repairs. Those days are gone. No surprises, great communication and excellent service. I'm so happy and confident with their work! I will be coming back to set up a maintenance and repair schedule over the next 6 months.

After a very bad experience at a local Toyota dealership, Zahntech did an honest diagnostic and estimate. Gabriel was professional and pleasant from the start on the phone. What a difference an ethical repair shop, with great service pros can make .. My car was back to me in a day.. These guys are excellent !
