We really like this place. They've always been pretty upfront with us about what issues our cars are having and go the distance of showing us what's wrong and why. Additionally, it's a bit refreshing to see an auto-establishment that is seemingly owned and operated by younger folks who seem eager to engage. The real icing on the cake though are the two very sweet dogs they have in the office.

Cars turbo (2013 TDI Passat) went dead. Dealership misdiagnosed and cost $$$. Called different shop and they said they didnt work on TDI turbos and recommended Gabe to me as the best TDI turbo guy in Seattle area. Called Gabe, had a quote within an hour and approval to tow to his shop. Communication was awesome throughout the whole process and they were very accomodating on the backend with pickup time. Would recommend this shop to anyone looking for high quality service and customer support.

Gabe and his crew do amazing work and are very communicative throughour the whole repair on my Mini. Happy to finally have found a good shop on the Eastside.

I came in to get my car serviced about a week ago and there is no other location I will ever be taking it for maintenance/service. All of the employees were extremely polite and helpful. They went above and beyond along with providing quick and quality service for my vehicle. If anyone is considering bringing your vehicle in, I would highly recommend bringing it to ZhanTech!

Great repair shop. I had issues with my car stalling. Had expected 1K cost as suggested by other repair shop. Came here in 5 mins after describing the issue, they found the issue would be due to loose battery connection and nothing otherwise and they fixed it for me. They did not charge me a penny and even added some engine oil. Great people! Super honest

Pleasant shop with knowledgeable people. Came for oil change and check for minor leak. Found worn gasket and replaced. Thorough inspection and road test - much appreciated, recommended upcoming maintenance. However, a few disagreements with owners manual - used 5-40 synthetic oil, not necessary. Recommended change of transmission fluid, also not required. Not sure of reasons. Tires not inflated to recommended pressure.

I had an amazing experience here. Just like the other reviews mentioned, the owner is incredibly professional and friendly. Gabriel worked with his magic on my car to quickly fix it on the same day afternoon of walk in, and even offering valuable tire suggestions free of charge. I'm extremely grateful! Also, there are two adorable dogs in the store that you can’t resist petting them.
