I've taken all of my cars (and any used car I was thinking of buying!) to John and Matthew for the last 15 years because they have always treated me with respect, integrity, and fixed things right. You don't get repairs you don't need, and the repairs you get are always done correctly and on-time.

These guys are professional and customer-service focused. I've never felt like I was being deceived or taken advantage of or "oversold" for work that doesn't need to be done. They take the time to explain why they are recommending certain services and never make a push for you to agree to anything. They respect your decision because it's your car and your money.

I'm an avid auto DIY as a hobby and I take work to ZahnTech that I don't have time for or that are difficult to tackle. I can say that over the years I have found ZahnTech to be honest and diligent. I go over their work and it's of high quality. These are the only guys I can trust to work on my BMWs. Their prices are also very reasonable compared to other independent shops. This is by far the best auto repair shop I've been to. They give really quality work, all while being incredibly friendly! I came in with several problems, including my driver side window being broken. Everything was taken care of quickly and easily, and for such a reasonable price. My window needed to be adjusted after to sound a little less like a wind tunnel, but it took me several months to go in for the adjustment. Instead of turning me away because it took me so long, they fixed it for free! All the while being so kind, and telling me to come back if it's still not right. They know what they're doing here. My window and car are now perfect thanks to them.

The staff at Zahntech are very communicative. I have a very old car that was having battery failure and needed repair. John provided me with a detailed invoice before getting into work. There were unexpected repair recommendations, but all the recommendations and quote were reasonable. They will make sure you understood what was being done and that they only do the services that you want them to. I only completed services that were priority for now, but they provide excellent service and when I went to pick my car up, the people in office were very friendly as well. Highly recommend!

I have had work done on 3 different cars with great results. They are conveniently located in Redmond and are easy to find. John and Matthew are thorough and will take the time to explain the work being done to your vehicle. They have a waiting area (with coffee) and offer shuttle service if needed. I've had great experiences with them so far and highly recommend them to anyone needing work on their car!

My old Honda Civic's battery drained overnight several times. Since it's a less than 2 year old battery, I suspected there was a parasitic draw in the electric system. They performed a parasitic draw test for the car and didn't find there was such issue. But they found the connection to battery terminals were loose, causing the battery not getting charged very well. So they fixed it, and charged me with a minimum labor cost of $60. A month after driving the car out of their shop, the battery never drains again. I feel they are honest and professional.

Was referred here from Model Garage in Fall City. Needed a BMW X5 service for rear brake pads. They found the front needed replacement as well. They were able to fit me in before I needed the vehicle for a trip. Fast, knowledgeable and competitive price point for BMW service. Corporate Passport supported. Trying to find a trustworthy automotive shop can be a challenge. I can't say enough about how awesome the folks at ZahnTech are. If you're on the Eastside and need service or repairs, I highly recommend them.
