Always high quality service. They are transparent about things they cannot fix or that may be done better/cheaper elsewhere. The workmanship is detailed and on time. Pleasure to deal with at a personal level. Wish they had a waiting room and more parking, but that's just nitpicking. Highly recommended!
They go above and beyond to offer you insight into the overall safety and functionality concerning your automobile,. The technician even fixed a missing bolt on my windshield wiper. One which I believed needed system repair. to overcome malfunctioning . I will return here for additional services because of their great customer service and attention to detail.

Gabriel and the rest of the team at Zahntech are fantastic to work with. I took my BMW e46 M3 there to have the subframe reinforced. The price was extremely reasonable and their quality of work was great. Gabriel even took care of a few other minor issues while they had the subframe dropped and sent me pictures and text updates as they did the work. I highly recommend Zahntech to anyone in the Washington area.

I set up an appointment and was quoted a price. When I arrive I was met with professionalism and they completed the job on a timely basis and honored the quote. Thank you Zahntech!! Follow up session. When I went in for the service I gave them 5 stars for their service but now I have no choice but to revise my review. I had a transmission issue and it seemed that they had to research the issue for couple of hours but at that time the root cause could not be determined and thus ended up leveling the transmission fluid with the error code still on my car for a charge.. I was later told that I would need to replace the transmission module which would cost $3200 + tax. I had to get a second opinion because of the cost and transmission control replacement turned out not to be the issue and got the issue fixed for lot less with error and the symptom no longer an issue. Perhaps this was an one off case but I believe the diagnosis could have been a little better.
