It isn't often that I come across a shop that doesn't try to upsell you on items that you don't need. Alongside trusting them they also have a great bedside manner and I have never felt i've been talked down to. They even ended up fixing some last minute low ticket items without charging me because it was fairly simple for them to do. The shop is an hour away from where I live, but well worth the trip for the service I get. My injection pump was leaking diesel and damaging other components of my engine. Zahntech was so helpful and reassuring during the entire process. They ran a full diagnostic on my car, then explained everything to me in detail. They did not push me to get any repairs other than that I wanted and chose. I have had my car worked on by a few dealers since moving to Seattle, I trusted Zahntech much more and will be returning for anything else that I need for my car. Service: Engine repair
