I am SO glad I took my car to Zahntech Auto. They performed a very thorough inspection of my car (and gave me a detailed report with pictures of the different parts inspected no less!), and an oil and filter change. Matthew was extremely helpful explaining the different items to me. I waited in their comfortable lobby (Wi-Fi and coffee included) while they did the work. I've got more than 250K miles on my quarter century old Honda. As Peter Falk's character Lieutenant Columbo said in an episode of Columbo: "I've got over 100,000 miles on it. You take care of your car, it'll take care of you." I'd like to feel as I've done something right. Part of doing right has been regularly servicing the car. The team at Zahntech is trustworthy, communicative, and thorough. They provided me details with photos that I'm partially sharing with you here. My only gripe is the $100 plus fee to inspect the vehicle for issues. This seems to be a Redmond area thing. Just one more thing. Be like Columbo and your car may just last a century. ZAHNTECH was one of the first shops I’ve trusted with my Bmw e46 M3. The owner is very friendly and I had my subframe reinforced by them, besides the good welds and quality work. He also updated me throughout the whole process with proof (pictures and videos). Very professional business and in the end I’m very happy with the work done on my car. I brought my '02 Corolla to Gabe - a car that was serviced at the dealer for most of its life. Incredible service, very transparent with photos so you understand exactly why something needs to be repaired. Honest as well about the condition of the car and how much longer it should last/is a repair worth it. So refreshing after "trusting the dealer" and not actually knowing if something needed to be replaced or repaired in the past. I'll keep taking my car here until it's time for a new one.
