After posting a truthful negative review on Yelp about the unprofessional manner in which the owner of this company treated me, he then called my company to harass me where an apology for his rude behavior would have been more appropriate. As a business owner I deal with many people and businesses all over the country and have for over 20 years. I have seldom been so moved by an individual's rudeness to publicly post such a negative review. As on Yelp the owner is likely to comment here that I was calling with a sales pitch and he didn't have time or interest in talking with me. The fact is he doesn't know why I was calling before making a rude comment and hanging up, twice. These are the facts. Judge for yourself.

I agree with Jeff. These guys are fair and they do good work.

Expert and no nonsense John and crew take great care of me. Repairs are triaged in a way that helps me to dedicate my resources responsibly. I also appreciate John's approach to service is to be sure the job is done right the first time and, should I ever need to return (which happened once) I am the priority when I arrive. He is reasonably priced and estimates are very close to the actual finished invoice. If there's anything I'd say in the area of room for improvement it's that ZahnTech isn't a bigger shop to serve that many more folks from the area!!!

I've called them twice and was hung up on upon introduction each time. Judge for yourself. Courteous? Helpful? Obviously not!
