After posting a truthful negative review on Yelp about the unprofessional manner in which the owner of this company treated me, he then called my company to harass me where an apology for his rude behavior would have been more appropriate. As a business owner I deal with many people and businesses all over the country and have for over 20 years. I have seldom been so moved by an individual's rudeness to publicly post such a negative review. As on Yelp the owner is likely to comment here that I was calling with a sales pitch and he didn't have time or interest in talking with me. The fact is he doesn't know why I was calling before making a rude comment and hanging up, twice. These are the facts. Judge for yourself.

Micheal Schuett is the owner of Total Broadcast Service in Renton,WA. He placed at least two sales calls to our company in which we would not listen to his sales pitch. Apparently he felt that because we were so quick to deny him it was necessary to leave negative reviews in retaliation. No harassment by us ever took place at any time and the allegation that it did is nothing less than flagrant libel. At no time has Michael Schuett been a customer or potential customer of Zahntech. We do wish him the best in his endeavors, however we have no need for Total Broadcast Services at this time.

When our 2003 Jetta TDI's engine seized and we found our way to Aaron at Bora Parts, Inc. (another great guy), he recommended Zahntech for the rebuild. We were not disappointed! Matt, one of the owners, did an excellent job and had us up and running again quickly. Since then, we've been back for brakes and a rebuilt injection pump. John, the other owner, did the work this time. And, again, we were completely satisfied with the results. I would place high confidence in this shop and their technical expertise. They are clearly professionals who take their jobs seriously. They also have integrity. We feel fortunate to be linked up with them.

I had a great experience at Zantech. I have a Mini Cooper that was making some noises when I turned the steering wheel. I took it to a couple of shops to make sure that the diagnosis was the same each time. I talked to John, the owner, and he was very accommodating each time. He also told me that they serve a good majority of the Puget Sound Mini Owner's Club members, even though I don't care about that prestige crap it is still good to know that the shop has a history servicing Minis. The shop was clean and in a good location near where I live in Redmond. The other European-only shop in Redmond was considerably more expensive when they quoted me the repair costs and also they were always booked and hard to make a schedule around. Any auto shop in Redmond--especially European shops--are far from "reasonably priced," so it is good to do your research and know what you should be paying for basic repairs for your car. At Zahntech they get busy, but are still able to make time for you. They even went so far as to escort someone to Redmond town center because they had to go to work and didn't want to wait 45 minutes for an oil change. Talk about customer service! I don't think any other shop would be this nice and be so open minded and customer-focused. When the mechanics inspected my car they found some other issue like a leaky oil pan gasket. I didn't even ask for this but it was comforting knowing they are looking out for your best interest in the health of your vehicle. I am sure it gives them more business and money also, but I can't complain because I don't want to find out about a problem once it is too late and causes damage to the engine. You can always deny these requests for additional work and they are mainly there to inform you so you can be aware of them in the future. They definitely don't try and pressure them on you like a chain shop like Jiffy Lube--and they are repairs that actually matter, not preventative crap that doesn't even need to be done yet. I got an honest feeling from the whole team and will definitely be using them as my go-to shop in the future.
